These Terms & Conditions govern the use of the coworking spaces, private offices, virtual office services, meeting rooms, and any other services provided by Madeira Friends Hub, located at R. dos Barreiros 26A, 9060-397 Funchal, Madeira, Portugal.
By using our spaces or services, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our facilities.
Access to Madeira Friends Hub spaces requires a valid membership or day pass. Members must present valid identification upon registration. Memberships are personal and non-transferable unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Madeira Friends Hub reserves the right to refuse or revoke access to any individual who violates these terms or behaves in a manner that is disruptive to the community.
Members agree to use the coworking spaces, offices, and common areas in a respectful and professional manner. This includes maintaining a reasonable noise level, keeping workspaces clean, and respecting the property and belongings of others.
Madeira Friends Hub is not responsible for any personal belongings left on the premises. Members are advised to secure their valuables at all times.
All fees are due in advance according to the selected plan (daily, weekly, or monthly). Prices are listed in Euros (€) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
Monthly memberships renew automatically unless cancelled with at least 15 days' notice before the renewal date. Refunds are not provided for unused portions of a membership period.
Virtual office clients receive a professional business address in Funchal, Madeira, with mail handling and forwarding services. The use of our address for any illegal or fraudulent activity is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate termination of services.
Madeira Friends Hub provides high-speed internet access for all members. The network must not be used for any illegal activities, excessive bandwidth consumption, or actions that compromise network security.
Madeira Friends Hub is not liable for any data loss, interruptions, or security breaches arising from the use of our network.
Madeira Friends Hub shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our spaces and services. Members use all facilities at their own risk.
Members are responsible for any damage they cause to the property, equipment, or facilities of Madeira Friends Hub, and agree to reimburse any repair or replacement costs.
We collect and process personal data in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). Your data is used solely for managing your membership, communicating relevant information, and improving our services.
